Data deletion instructions

1. Customer or employer workflows

If you used Isolio through your employer, a client, or another organisation, that organisation usually controls the personal data. Contact its privacy or support contact first. It can identify the relevant job, account and retention requirements and instruct Isolio to complete the request.

2. Contact Isolio

You may also email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request.

Include only the information needed to locate the data:

• your name and the organisation through which you used Isolio;
• the email address or telephone number, including country code, used with the service;
• the relevant workflow, approximate date, job number or message reference, if known; and
• whether you want access, correction, restriction or deletion.

Do not send identity documents in the first email. If we need to verify your identity, we will explain a proportionate and secure method.

3. What happens next

We will acknowledge the request and determine whether Isolio or a customer is responsible for responding. Where a customer is the controller, we will forward or support the request without undue delay. Valid requests are normally completed within one month, subject to identity verification, legal exceptions and any permitted extension for complex requests.

We may retain limited information where required by law, to protect security, resolve disputes or establish legal claims. We will explain any applicable exception.

4. WhatsApp data

A deletion request to Isolio covers data held in systems controlled by Isolio or processed by us for the relevant customer. It does not automatically delete messages or account data held independently by Meta, WhatsApp, your employer, your device or another connected service. Those organisations provide their own privacy controls and request processes.
